[Gameplay] MIssing Specific Voice Lines and Jokes

While playing the game, I've noticed that certain champions don't say their special lines towards some enemy champions (I have seen and heard the lines on the wiki), and in Sion's case, he doesn't ever speak when I joke or taunt near the enemy. I have noticed a similar effect for Sejuani and Lissandra, but Ashe works as intended.

• Taunt/Joke works when far away
• Nothing is said when the champion is close even after standing still for several seconds
• Lines come back when far away but not the specific rival lines

I have tried both repairing the client and a full uninstall/reinstall to no avail. Am I missing files or is this just a common issue?
