[GAMEPLAY] Getting hit by Energized Statik Shiv due to teleporting Tibbers

So I was playing Annie and 3 times i was killed/hit by Yasuo when I shouldn't have been.

Reason is because when Tibbers teleported back to me (which he does when he gets too far away) the lightning from statik shiv which Yasuo hit tibbers with was carried by tibbers back with him when he teleported to me.

How to replicate:

1. Summon Tibbers
2. Have him walk away from you
3. Near to the instant he would teleport back to Annie, have him get hit by energized statik shiv
4. Tibbers will teleport back to Annie and she will be hit by the statik lightning

I tried this in a custom game with my friend playing Ashe instead, just to check it wasn't #JustYasuoThings, and still got hit by the lightning.

It took us a few attempts to replicate it, but then we managed to make it work several times. Its not exactly game breaking, but it is a probably unintended feature.
