Zac W remains Unchanged ingame

Zac W's tooltip in game after patch 9.11 doesnt show the ap scaling, so i dont know if its still like the old W or if riot forgot to change the tooltip for it.

It doesn't show ratios for anything, dw. Small Indie Company.

It's working just fine, I went into PT and did more damage with it. Just a broken ToolTip.
