Client tabs out multiple times per game

I have been having this issue for quite a while now, where my client tabs out every few minutes in game, usually about 5+ times a game. I have read several forums about similar issues and they all seem to have been fixed by disabling the Microsoft Office background processes. I have tried this fix, as well as using the full repair tool and re-installing the game. None of these have worked. Please help!

I'm on Windows 10 and I keep all of my driver's up to date. I didn't notice any updates before this started happening.
