Auto Attack glitch!!!!

I'm a talon main and have been since season 5. Unfortunately it seems the auto attack glitch from early 2019 is back for early 2020. Recently, whenever I play talon, at some point in every game, I lose the ability to auto attack. This tends to follow a Q attack and then I cant click on anything. I can't farm without just standing there instead of attacking minions. Along with this, I cannot hit blast cones, open the shop from base, or do any of my combos and become virtually useless the rest of the game with no control over it. I don't know if anyone else is suffering from this or if any other champions are, but it is very frustrating and is ruining my game experience. Please respond or at least fix this bug! I am done playing league until it is fixed because it ruins not only my experience, but that of my teammates as well.
