Postgame Lobby Lag

Postgame lobby nearly freezes the client. Restarting the launcher is the only fix. Need to restart the launcher every 3 games or so.

No abnormal memory usuage, stays around the usual 700MB-1GB range.

Does not cause other applications to slow down. Only the launcher.
