Syndra ultimate timer malfunctional

Syndra's ultimate has been bugged (though minutely) for a very, very long time, I just figured someone else would post it, but I guess not, her ultimate will go on cooldown after using it, but the box will never go gray, to indicate how much cooldown is left (the seconds timer will still display) Steps for reproduction:

1. Enter game as Syndra.
2. Use ultimate. It happens 100% of the time that I play syndra, and I play a lot of Syndra... NOTE: I use Justicar every game, currently testing with no skin on ... doubtful that it will make a difference.. Tested: Indicator broken regardless of skin.
