Robbed of the 10x Augment Bundle

So here i am casually getting Gemstones and as soon as i hit 7 i find out that the Augment bundles come with a garenteed Gemstone. so after buying 2 bundles I hit the big 9 and so as soon as I wake up i buy my final bundle................. so wheres my gemstone?

The bundle gave me 10 crates, tons of useless Project cores, 3 Augmented chest shards..... and no gemstone which would have put me at 10 to trade it in for the Soulstealer Vayne skin. I've posted a ticket regarding this and waiting on a response but I am posting it here to see if it gets any support this way.
