Store not charging correctly for sale items

I had 1425 RP before i made the purchase, on this Spellthief Lux which was said to be on sale (item was on sale for 375 as seen in picture.) RP remaining shown in my bar. What the heck Rtio? Store jus forgot that there was a sale at all.
