Banned for server bug

Since patch 7.12 my league of legends client has been acting pretty... weird. It takes me 5 minutes to log in or create a game lobby, also when i do create a game lobby and go in it, if i had been invited and the lobby goes in queue, I wouldn't get the 'Accept' or 'Decline' options and it would just say that if i left more games it would punish me.

And just today i felt like i wanted to have never started playing the game. I was doing my quests to get the Nightbringer Yasuo border in case i ever got the skin from hextech because i liked the skin and the champion. I had 270 shards and i had to make just 3 more kills in a game to get the other 10. So i thought to myself that it was almost over. So i hopped into a lobby for ARAM, because the games there are fastest. I click the find match button and start waiting (before that i had to wait 5 more minutes to load in the lobby). Suddenly i see a game pop up and i press accept. I pressed it and 30 secconds later it still hadn't put me in champ select. Then it kicked me out of the accept screen. This repeated 3 more times and despite the fact that I HAD PRESSED the accept button all four times, the message i got pressented with made me want to erase my memories of the game. 14 day ban. I just stood there and watched in disbelief!

Why would the system ban me after i had put so much money in your game, Riot? Can it not check when a player's internet has gone down or when they are just trolling on purpose? I feel like this is completely unfair because the VS event ends today and i will never be able to get the Yasuo border! If a rioter reads this, I accept the error of the server because i have programmed small projects and i know how hard it can be to spot these mistakes, but please disable your autoban system if this happens and you know it is happening, because you may aswell make someone who has put years practise in the game want to just stop! I have been playing since season 3 and I am really looking forward to the evolution of the game, but it is times like these i wish i had never clicked download...

You write too much... No reader cares why you want nightbringer yasuo and you only make it longer for people that want to help...

In the terms of service it says that no matter how much money you spent on the account, Riot can always ban it if they want. is dodging alot even bannable?

Im pretty sure you can't get a 14 day ban with no warning for not accepting queue a bunch of times.

This only points to one thing. You have horrible wifi or your ISP is beyond any limits horrible. Its not riot's fault. Have you tried the traceroute with the EUNE server you play on? I'm sure you'll understand who is at wrong here. 99/100 times its the ISP or just a bad WiFi connection you play on.

TLDR: Post a traceroute as well as use a Wired Cable. If you are that poor to not afford a Wired Ethernet, then atleast set your wifi to 2.5GHz because higher frequency is prone to noise and decreases performance with the hindrance as well range. You could have figured out its your internet which is acting up when your sent up instructions dont follow up properly within time. Its not a server bug if you are the only one experiencing it connection-wise. Gameplay bugs are a different story.

I find it very hard to believe that you got a 14-day ban for dodging. Maybe a long-ass time to wait and/or leaverbuster, but an all-out ban is rather...Extreme.
