Champ Select Skin Purchases Broken

Usually when you "Click to unlock" a skin, there isn't the button underneath the skin in the champion page to actually click for the purchase. When it is there, the purchase never goes through.

Please fix! I keep forgetting to purchase the skin outside of my matches lol!
