cant play teambuilder, cant cancel(X)... have to close client & reopen LOL

Hi, so for the past few weeks I have been unable to join games via teambuilder. Basically I just sit in queue forever and it never goes through, even when trying to fill a role like support, which is usually in high demand. I have tried to repair client and it makes no difference. Also, when I try to cancel the queue I hit the little "X" and nothing happens, I just stay in queue and have to close and restart the client to do anything else. Haven't had any issues with the other queues, just teambuilder. Anyone else experiencing this or have a fix? Thanks
