Thresh Bug

Well over the past couple days I have been noticing that thresh's hook will pass through the enemy without hooking them and the lantern during a couple instances was unclickable.

I have spoken to a couple people they have found that even his ult and flay were glitchy where his flay wouldnt displace the enemy and when the enemy ran through his ult it wouldnt slow or hurt them.
