[GAMEPLAY VISUAL BUG] Patch 5.15 Text Enlargement Bug (Issues with my HUD/UI)

This is what appears to be the main problem regarding the new patch and it's text enlargement

Above i have attached a document with a print screen picture of the issue i'm currently having. I believe the problem is related to the new patch 1.15 text enlargement as you guys have tried to make the HUD easier to read but it's proven impossible to read for me since every word is overlapping each other. Do you guys think you can possibly add an option to adjust the size of the font so that way the people with different resolutions and smaller screens won't have to deal with this?

Things that have been merely impossible to read > Character stats (AP, AD, Movement speed, etc.) > Frames and Ping stats > Cooldown on champion, summoner spells, and items > Level Up on the top of the skill bar since it's been cut off > Number of HP and Mana will eventually overlap each other

Thank you for your time and please do fix this bug ASAP, I'm not sure if I'm the only one with this issue.

i have the same problem but in my case i cant understand whats in there i made two tests, the first one using the resolution of my laptop 1366x768 and i got this http://gifmaker.cc/PlayFrameAnimation.php?folder=20150806015K5WZf90SrVDrv3zQNGDcH and the second using a 1080p monitor that i have and i got this http://gifmaker.cc/PlayGIFAnimation.php?folder=2015080602O9mBdOZZBeOrWgTzJkaRjE&file=output_TdaudB.gif , so im gonna guess that what they did with the font was to be match with 1080 hd monitors....

What res are you on? I'm on 4k with these issues. Also using Win 10.

Almost forgot to mention, the scoreboard is also affected where the number of CS, Deaths, Kills, and Assists just overlap each other as well as the baron and drag timer.

Also when I tab out and back in my cursor is way too small.. I simply can not target anything during a team fight. I am losing my mind because this game in completely unplayable as is..

I am having the same issue; it is even more exaggerated on the new hud (non-ranked).
