Error with chests

Without having won any chest my profile says me that there aren't chest avaibles. I'm not banned and i bought 5 chest and 5 keys. And yes, I know that if anyone of my team get grades S i will get a chest, we get it and i don't have the reward. I'm only get keys.

Can someone of riot correct this bug and give me back my 4 free chest please? I'll will be very grateful

I haven't gotten a chest regardless of getting S' on new champs for the past 3 weeks. not a single key fragment either
