Kalista Bug in ARAM unable to bond with team mate and therefore unable to ult

During loading, the game crashed and was frozen on the load screen. After restarting client, game loaded, and there was not an option for kalista to be able to bond with another team member.
I tried to reload the game again. This did no solve the problem.
I played the whole game unable to press R the R was blacked out.
