I am on my silver 5 promos and I have only played one game. I lost that game but it says that I have lost two. I did dodge the last game cause of confusion but I am wondering if that gives me a loss on my record.

Yeah, unfortunately dodging a lobby in your promos does count as an automatic loss instead of the usual small LP loss.
dude same happened to me we had an adc who said would troll so i dodged and although i won 2 from 5 i lost promos, dont complain just agree that its riot, they cant explain themselves why we lose promos for leaving a matchmaking, but if you remake you dont lose anything.
