Game started after one of our team member dodged during the champion selection

The game started without our ADC. Our ADC dodged during the final count in the champion selection screen. I saw the system message saying [username] left the room, but the game just started after the count.

Can Riot invalidate the game & give back my ranked point (and time if possilbe)?
