[client] cant reroll - error message

I tried to re-roll but kept getting this error, pressed button multiple times and kept getting same error message, so i had to dodge. First time this has ever happend. V7.18-5369425.5482804. 9/20/2017.

edit: after waiting for 20mins for dodging i tried to play and see if re-roll works, i have 0 re-roll, so, i dont know if i had 0 and the error was because even though it showed 2 rr i had none, or, i lost 2 re-rolls.
