Claiming the First Twitch Prime

When the Twitch Prime Rift Herald came out, I claimed it instantly. 30 days later and I can't claim the Red Buff Capsule, but instead says I can claim the Rift Herald again! What can I do to solve this?

I have the same problem. I got the first capsule last month and nothing since. The website says you don't need to "reclaim" the rest of them. Any updates???
