Cool Lucian Bug Practice Tool

I was practicing some stuff on Lucian and after a while i began to just play around spamming my moves with the cooldown refresh on when i noticed that you can fire your ult with double the shots and be able to auto attack and use other spells.

The way it happened was using my ult repeatedly linked the bug
