[GAMEPLAY] Sona's Passive Doesn't Stack After Power Chord

Hello!

Sona's had a bug with her passive that's been in the game for a while, but I'm not sure if anyone's brought it to light. Basically, when you cast a spell immediately after using your Power Chord, that spell won't count towards your passive stacks. The bug isn't necessarily gamebreaking at all, but I'm a Sona main so I can only count up to three. :( Four is hard, especially when I'm in the rhythm of a teamfight.
