Post match lobby

i'm getting a bug post match lobby, where I can't see who has joined or left the lobby.

I also have this same problem where in the post match lobby i cannot see who has left the game. Everyone appears as greyed out on my screen after the game.

I am in the region OCE and am using windows 10.
