Xin Zhao's Q
I was playing Xin Zhao when I realize that he's q doesn't (only sometimes) knocked up jungle monsters? Can get a answer plz. Is this a bug?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes he is temporarily bugged. it doesn't proc but close to 20% of the time on monsters or champs. We haven't heard from riot about it.
