[GAMEPLAY] Talon's Shadow Assault Counting as CS

So the game that's in question was actually played on December 29, 2015, but I was watching some of my old replays and noticed it just now. It's weird enough that I figured I would go ahead and send in a bug report with a compilation of all the times that it happened just to make sure Talon's ult isn't still getting coded as minions (like everything else, heh). Whenever I Shadow Assaulted on Jayce after he used Acceleration Gate, the game would count Talon's Shadow Assault as 10 CS per cast, and 20 CS for the entire ult. However, this was hardly consistent; sometimes it would count it as only 10 CS, sometimes none, and once it counted Rake as 12 CS. It was not necessarily that I killed a CS with my R during this time period, because one of the times when that occurred it did not count my Shadow Assault as CS, leading me to believe that it is an interaction between Jayce's Acceleration Gate and Talon's Rake and Shadow Assault.

My best guess for steps to reproduce:

  1. Have Jayce use Acceleration Gate
  2. Shadow Assault with Acceleration Gate in the same vicinity
  3. Hit (Full Metal?) Jayce and a (low-health?) minion with the first cast
  4. End ult/use second cast
  5. Revel in your totally-legitimate high CS numbers

Reproduction rate: 3/3 with Jayce after he used Acceleration Gate, 3/6 with Jayce present, 0/3 without Jayce, 3/9 total. I was playing with a pentaqueue, and all 4 of my friends saw my CS as the ult-boosted amount.

BIG EDIT: After showing it to my friends, we realized this only occured when Jayce used Acceleration Gate before I ulted him, and didn't occur on Jayce when he didn't use Acceleration Gate. I've edited the reproduction steps; it's probably an interaction between Talon's ultimate and Jayce's Acceleration Gate.

The game that the bug occurred in was on Patch 5.24.

I counted, you are actually killing CS while you ulted.
