Loot Chest Gave Nothing

I bought a key for one my my chests that I had in my loot, but the game lagged really hard and nothing happened for a while. So I clicked over to the store and then back to loot, but nothing had changed. So my bought key and chest both got consumed, but I got nothing in return. Can anyone explain why this happened and how to contact support to getting something from the chest? Thanks.

You may have received a Summoner Icon + Essence instead of shards, as this will explain why nothing additional appears to be in your inventory. I've seen several reports of Icons not giving the animation, so check your Store > Account > Purchase History for me to see if it says you received one. If not, please open up a Support Ticket and they'll help you figure out what happened.
