Recently I have purchased a new computer and thus I downloaded one of my favorite games (League), but when I download the game it reaches 96% 620MB remaining and the KBS slowly decreases until it reaches 0 KBS and wont download any further. This has happened to multiple computers in my house and without fail in order to fix this I have to uninstall and reinstall the program in order for it to work (and some times it won't even work after the reinstall.
Same thing is happening for me right now, I'm trying everything to no prevail... I'm on a mac personally and have had the problem with the 33% glitch before, but I fixed it, now I am having this and it is really annoying.
I am having the same problem, however, re downloaded the game, which in my opinion will be faster than waiting for an answer
For some miracle of a reason on another computer in my house it worked and didn't freeze. But the one I actually wanted to play league on is still having this issue even after several attempts to fix it
