[GAMEPLAY] Able to purchase jungle item without smite

So I was playing as top rengar with tp and flash for summoners and I had a brutalizer in my inventory. I went back to base and saw that the third tier jungle item, chilling smite warrior enchantment was available to buy. So I spent the gold purchasing it just to see what would happen. Basically my brutalizer got deleted from my inventory and the 1250g or how ever much the upgrade costed was spent. And unfortunately I was unable to undo the "purchase"

I'm currently running a custom with the exact same parameters. We'll see if it happens again.

Ok so it actually didnt' work in the custom. But if you look at the screenshot of the detailed match history, you'll see that the brutalizer just disappears from my inventory. The log doesn't ever show it being sold.
