bans for bug splat?

dear riot, after waiting in the loading screen for about 10 minutes I decided to exit out of league and saw a bug splat windo had opened so i reported the bug and restarted my computer and when I reclogged on to league I was presented with a lovely gift of 5, 20 MINUTE LOW PRIOITY QUES. Please explain to me how this is in anyway my fault and why I am paying for your servers mistake I would not be as upset if the low priority que was the regular 5 minutes but I haven't dodged a mach I a long while and I'm baffled and quite angry that it went to 20 minutes low priority ques. please fix this system it needs to change
