PvP.net not working?

I was booting up league as I'd normally do, then it told me that PvP.net isn't working, I tried closing and reopening LoL several times, restarted my lap top couple of time and waited a day later but it still isn't working. I'm almost completely sure that my laptop has nothing to do with this considering it's a very decent one, maybe it's league's server not working for me? How can I fix this?
