Can't get gifted skin from friend
This happened 2 times to me. When my friend said he gifted me skin, it didn't came. He used the gifting center but it never came even though he said he gifted me.

You sure he isn't scamming you?
He should submit a support ticket if riot robbed him. My guess is he is just lying unless you witnessed it.
