[CRASH] Game crashes after champ select

Upon the completion of champ select, i receive a critical error and telling me to make a crash dumb file. The issue happens every time i press 'reconnect', even after restarting pc/ disabling antivirus. I have already dodged 2 games and hope i dont open up the game to a leaverbuster if i ever play this again.
