[GAMEPLAY] Singed :E" (flip) bug

Occasionally, like 3 out of 10 times, although the laning opponent wasn't using a skill shot (standing still or just moving around in lane), the flip does not function as it is supposed to be, instead the flipped target just jumped on the same spot.

Any other singed players finding the same problem? :/
