GAMEPLAY

I was playing as annie and when I spawned in the game had been going for 22 seconds. I went ahead and bought my first items like usual and when I went to move out of the spawn its like there was an invisible wall blocking me from leaving the spawn. I could chat and buy. I could even flash out but as soon as I did that my champion walked straight back into the spawn without me doing anything. I was later kicked for inactivity. I would rather not get banned if this happens again so please fix.
