bugsplat during loading screen and lost my last series game

i started a ranked game my last game of series. during loading screen, i had a bugsplat. then i tried to reconnect. i had to force quit league and restart it. then it updated the client. when i was finally able to login again. i lost my game because of /remake, in game history that game it shows 'leaver' last series game.

why does it reset my ranked game?? i didnt leave. the game crashed. its not my fault. the league client shouldnt bugsplat in ranked! even more in series!!
