voice chat problem cant hear me or hear my friends

i have a problem with voice chat with my new laptop (msi) in my old laptop work fine so is not something with network i think, i update my nvidia and my sounds speaker but that didnt fix the problem. I went to sound -> playback put my speaker as default but nothing again The settings in leauge is the same with my old laptop
