Draven Axe Bug

Hello everyone

Since a few weeks I started playing Draven and in probably like 3 games from then, when i'm catching an axe sometimes it will disappear. This happens in 2 different ways: 1- I throw the axe, it hits the enemy laner but it doesn't return. Not sure if this only happens when hitting enemy champions, just happened once up to now. 2- I throw the axe, and when its returning, i'm on the spot it will land, and I "catch" it. but then it just disappears like I didn't catch anything and i have no axe on hand. As it disappears, i have to recast Q to get another spinning axe. However im not sure if Draven's passive count the axe or not.

I dont have any recording unfortunately to show when it happens.
