In Game reconnect

first i couldnt play cause i got 20min ban then finished my 20min ban he started it again afterward i figured its lagged so i closed lol and reopened it again and i found i am in game and says reconnect wen i do it says can not connect to server then it doesnt want to go (i cant play cause it says i am i game) and let me play
