Azir Glitch/Bug

I saw this done once before the patch, and I thought after the patch it would be fixed. I was Azir a few games ago, and tried it. But with Azir on Dominion, you can summon a warrior and then Q for further distance then E to the warriors location crossing the opening barrier. Without moving, you can continue doing so until the barrier is down (1:30 time limit). Its a pretty big starting advantage however far you can make it across the map.

Also, I got stuck in the corner right before entering the bottom lane (dominion) trying to E towards my warrior who was clearly past the wall.
