Deep Sea Nami recall visible though Fog of War

Just had a game with an enemy Nami using the Deep Sea skin (she thinks that was the one and that was my guess too) and whenever she recalled I could see the circle of waves that animate around her through the Fog of War. I couldn't see Nami herself or the blue recall rings just the ambient effects that are attached to it.
