Ban expired, still banned

I receive the message that I have been banned until 23 march 2019 23:41. Well, it's 23 march 2019 23:50 and I still receive that message and I am still banned. Please, someone from Riot fix this immediatelly.

BTW, this is my first post here, I dont know where to put this discussion. I just hope someone sees it and it gets fixed, or I am ready to accept 1 RP for every minute the ban still goes on after expiration. I find it unnacceptable from Riot to not respect their times.

EDIT: Please don't tell me to log out and try again. I've done that many times.

EDIT 2: It's been more than 20 minutes since the ban should have expired. I still cant play. Riot, what are you doing?
