GUINSO PASSIVE ISNT PROCING ON JINX AA WHILE HER Q IS ACTIVE

Hi im an adc main and im trying a new build -> Muranama-> Hurricane ->Bork-> guinso

And I noticed While jinx q is active the guinsoo special passive doesnt proc it just doesnt send the extra aa ( in this case extra rocket) please fix it :*
