[ERROR] reward for honor milestone dissapeared

So apparently i got 1 of 3 dots to get honor level 4. When i looked to hextech, i saw some kind of gem, that was supposedly a reward that i could open to find some chamipn shard etc. Unfortunatelly when i opened window with error apeared, saying that i cannot open this stuff and sugesting to restart the client. So i did. And reward dissapeared with nothing new added to the game (no champion shards, no new emotes, nothing).
