[GAMEPLAY] Lock Camera ping cancel issue

I play locked screen (friends told me not to but the new changes helped a good bit) and usually I click in my minimap to see where ever I want then when I release my mouse button I snap back to my character. Well while playing all the sudden my cursor would stay in the "ready to ping blue" state and I couldn't move my map anywhere nor ping anyone (sometimes the cursor will be stuck on the attack cursor, and even sometimes the normal hand.) Even if I unlock camera it will still not let me select anywhere on the minimap to snap my camera to nor let me ping teammates.
