2-3 minutes delay to loading screen

Lately when I try to play a game on the summoner rift I have had a problem , I always connect in the minute 2:00-3:00, this makes me lose alot of waves and get behind 2 levels . I don't know why this started to happend, I have not had eny problem lately like this. The problem started happening when the new pach hit the live servers. I cant play 1 game whitout this to happends. I played 5 games in 3 days and it always happend P.S: I have not try to play a game on aram or twisted treeline
