CLIENT/HEARTSEEKER VARUS BUG

So just today I bought 20$ rp (2800 rp). Right after I bought a 975 mystery skin for a friend, which was 790 rp (2800 - 790 = 2010 rp) then I bought the new Heartseeker Varus skin for 975. then right after that purchase my rp went down to 288rp. which means I bought the Varus skin for almost 1800rp. i'm a little stressed and frustrated over this. I'm not really looking for a refund, (of course id be nice) but I wanted to bring this up. I don't know if its a Heartseeker Varus bug or a client bug but it has to be one of the two.

Man im still having problems with he stupid 33% client thing. Still haven't played league for a week because of this. But you problem sounds like maybe a client bug.
