Froze during champ select then triggered a dodge timer

Just like the title says, the client malfunctioned during champ select in a ranked game. I first realized something was wrong when I clicked "ban" on the champ I picked to ban and it did nothing. Eventually it showed that all my teammates left the lobby, and yet after force quitting and logging back into the client, I got a dodge timer.

???

I've never run into this kind of problem before.
