A couple of problems with fizz/cho

I know there are a lot of fizz haters out there, but oh well. For over a year now Chogaths Silence goes through Fizz's E. No other skill in the game is able to target the untargetable move, that is why it is untargetable, skill shot or not. The E is supposed to dodge everything, instead you cant e back out of your initial e. So you e, cho silences, then you fall directly where he silenced you. So much for untargetable. Also, i have noticed sometimes if you have Tier 1 boots, fizzes passive does not work. You can occasionally get creep blocked, and he is supposed to move through minions. Any idea on if either of these will be fixed?
