There appears to be a bug with the ezreal pulsefire skin. Last night I thought it was just a problem with lag but someone else in game said it was related to that skin. This evening I switched back to the original skin and with that the lag problems and seemingly low damage problems were cured. I cannot tell if there are problems with any of the other skins as pulsefire is the only one I own.

I've had issues with this as well, Q animations seem off at times, damage is delayed against some minions. Overall it PFE feels very clunky and unresponsive. I've also had minions just disappear after a Q lands and gotten no gold...
