[Draft/Ranked Timer Visual Glitch]

My series literally was ended because I didn't choose a champion even though the visual indicator clearly said I had time left. I'm not going to cry about because I know they aren't going to fix anything, but at least fix this bug/glitch. It's really annoying to accidentally dodge knowing its not your fault but the clients own failure to show how much time you have left to choose/ban. And to clarify this bug again, it sometimes shows in the champion select that I have 12 seconds and then decides nope you have no time left now.
